What happens to one receipt

You forward it, we check it, and it is sealed into the ledger.

Sealing has a specific meaning here. Every entry carries a SHA-256 hash of the one before it, so altering an entry after the fact breaks every hash that follows it, and the break is visible. The rest of what the ledger guarantees is on the trust page.

Each month

Then the month closes

Every entry becomes the period's VAT figures, its income statement and balance sheet, and each apartment's own profit line — worked out for you, and shown as a story of its own.

Not a dashboard to manage. Two things worth knowing, answered before you ask them: whether the books are done, and what each apartment made.

Essentials. The month's bookkeeping, your VAT return worked out and filed, your tilinpäätös at the year end, and your own login.

Insight. The same, and the figures that tell you how the letting is doing, including what each apartment returned over the year.

€109 / month per property + VAT

Complete. The same again, and we watch your OmaVero for messages from the Tax Administration and answer them where an answer is needed.
